Ingredients
250g Ginger snap biscuits. 1153cal
85g melted butter. 628cal
397g Condensed Milk. 1278cal
Zest & juice of 5 limes. 120cal
300ml Carton double cream. 1401cal
23cm (9in) round, fluted, loose-bottomed tart tin.

Instructions
Mix the crushed biscuits with the melted butter in a bowl
Press the crumbs into the base and up the sides
Chill for ten minutes.
Using a balloon whisk, mix the condensed milk and cream until combined
Add the lime juice and the the zest (it will thicken!).
Pour onto your biscuit base and chill for at least 1-2 hours.
