Ingredients

  • 250g Ginger snap biscuits.  1153cal
  • 85g melted butter.  628cal
  • 397g Condensed Milk.  1278cal
  • Zest & juice of 5 limes.  120cal
  • 300ml Carton double cream.  1401cal

23cm (9in) round, fluted, loose-bottomed tart tin.

Key Lime Pie

Zingy pie that is way too Tasty

Instructions

Mix the crushed biscuits with the melted butter in a bowl

Press the crumbs into the base and up the sides

Chill for ten minutes.


Using a balloon whisk, mix the condensed milk and cream until combined

Add the lime juice and the the zest (it will thicken!). 

Pour onto your biscuit base and chill for at least 1-2 hours.
