Ingredients
Yorkshire puddings
3 eggs
150ml milk
150g flour (usually plain)
Pinch salt
Toad
1 onion diced
12 chipolatas
or
6 sausages

Fluffy Yorkshire pudding surrounding a succulent sausage
Instructions
Heat oven to 220C/200C fan/gas 7.
Add oil to a roasting pan and put in oven to heat while you prepare.
Chop onions into cubes.
Separate sausages.
Add onions and sausages to the roasting pan.
Cook for 15 minutes until browned.
While cooking the sausages make the batter mix.
Mix flour, egg and milk and pinch of salt to a bowl.
Whisk until well combined, pale and fluffy.
Leave to rest, in the fridge is best.
Remove the sausage dish from the oven.
Pour in the batter mix, transfer back to the oven, then cook for 25-30 mins, until risen and golden.
Serve with gravy and your favourite veg.
