Tasty Spice Mix that goes with anything

Make this when you need it

Instructions

Finely Chop Onion

Finely Chop Garlic

Heat some oil in a pan

Add onion to pan and fry until browned

Add Garlic and fry for a minute

Add Chopped tomatoes

Add Tomato purée

Add Paprika and Sweet Paprika

Add Chilli powder

Add pinch of sugar

Add a pinch of salt

Bring to the boil

Stirring Occasionally

Lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes

Serve with Roast potatoes

1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Sweet Paprika
pinch Chilli powder

3 tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tin Chopped Tomatos
1 tbsp Tomato Purée
1 small onion
1 clove of Garlic
pinch Sugar
