Southern Fried Mix

Great for adding flavour to Potatoes, Wedges, Chips, Chicken or Fish

Make up a batch ready for coating and cooking.

Just mix all the spices together in equal parts and store in a jar until required.

If using as a flavouring

Use 4 teaspoons of the mix

If frying then use 4 teaspoons of the mix and add 30 Grams of Plain Flour

Add Salt and Pepper to taste

Coat food in egg and then dip in the spice mix

Fry until golden brown
