International Camp

East Mersea Youth Camp was Home to a Yearly International Camp from the 1940's until the 2000's.



International Camp took place on Mersea Island in Essex at East Mersea Youth Camp since 1948.

I took part between 1991 and 2005 as a helper, village assistant, village leader, database manager, newsletter editor, photographer and organiser.

I will always remember it for the wonderful times and so much fun, as well as a lot of hard work but mainly the friends and people I met there, they were the greatest.
